New Hunter's Creek diner to hire more than 100 local-area residents

The diner has received numerous accolades including being featured on The Cooking Channels Cheap Eats, and Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives hosted by chef Guy Fieri. Metro Diner’s comfort food favorites include Fried Chicken & Waffles, the Meatloaf Plate, Charleston Shrimp & Grits and the Pulled Pork Mac Stack – a half-pound of BBQ pulled pork piled over creamy macaroni & cheese and a cheddar cornbread waffle topped with maple butter.
