Suffolk voted us their favorite Chicken Restaurant! We offer a wide variety of chicken dishes - from our Chicken Tender plate to Fried Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Caesar Salad to Fried Chicken Benedict. But our most beloved chicken dish is the Fried Chicken & Waffle. Made up of half a fried chicken and a Belgian waffle, topped with powdered sugar and sweet strawberry butter, this dish even has its own national holiday celebrated every August 8th.

A dessert unique to Metro Diner is our decadent Bread Pudding. The best part? The dessert is infused with ever-changing seasonal flavors! Many of Metro Diner's entrées come with crisp, seasoned french fries. A classic side that accompanies homestyle cooking, chicken entrees, and classic burgers perfectly. With our popular loaded Cheese Fries starter (pictured), we've taken our fries to the next level, topping them with mixed cheese, bacon, and fried jalapeños - served with a side of ranch.

Metro Diner is known for home cooked, comfort food. One of our most famous home cooked meals is the Iron City Meatloaf, featuring griddle-seared meatloaf slices. One could argue this dish put Metro Diner on the map when it was featured on celebrity Chef Guy Fieri's popular show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives."
Award-winning Sandwiches & SubsSuffolk loves Metro Diner's Sandwiches! Our most popular sandwich order is the Metro Club. This sky-high sandwich features stacks of ham, turkey, bacon, Swiss, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on three slices of white toast. A close second to the Metro Club is our Philly Cheese Steak: roasted & seasoned beef topped with grilled onions and peppers, melted provel cheese, on a hoagie roll.
