The Metro Diner is opening a second Tulsa location.
The restaurant is scheduled to open in early May in the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center.
The restaurant’s menu includes comfort foods like fried chicken and waffles, meatloaf, Charleston shrimp and grits and the pulled pork mac stack — a half pound of barbecue pork piled on macaroni and cheese served with a cornbread waffle topped with maple butter.
