Metro Diner is once again turning up the heat for one of its most beloved traditions—National Fried Chicken & Waffle Day—returning on Friday, August 8. The celebration honors the diner's iconic dish with a crave-worthy offer, exclusive giveaways, and a whole lot of flavor.

Dine-In Deal

Guests who enjoy Metro Diner's award-winning Fried Chicken & Waffles in-diner on August 8 will receive $5 off the dish. Plus, the first 50 guests at each location will score a limited-edition bracelet, valid for 10% off dine-in visits throughout August.

Win Fried Chicken & Waffles for a Year

The popular social media giveaway is also back! Fans can enter for a chance to win free Fried Chicken & Waffles for an entire year. The contest will run from 8 a.m. on Friday, August 1 to 11:59 p.m. on Friday, August 8 on Facebook and Instagram, with winners announced at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13.

The dish that started it all features a crispy half fried chicken paired with a fluffy Belgian waffle, dusted with powdered sugar, topped with strawberry butter, and served with Metro Diner's signature sweet and spicy sauce.
