This vegetarian-friendly bowl includes avocado, black beans, corn, diced green and jalapeno peppers, onions, tomatoes, and scrambled eggs, served over hashbrown potatoes and drizzled with salsa and sour cream, topped with green onions. Biscuits & Sausage Gravy is always mentioned among favorites at Metro Diner – and it’s no wonder! This dish features two buttermilk biscuits topped with our housemade sausage gravy and is accompanied by two eggs any style and hashbrowns.
