Full or Half Rack of tender, slow-cooked baby back ribs marinated for 24 hours then slathered with our homemade BBQ sauce. Served with seasoned fries and coleslaw.
Big Kahuna Burger – $12.49
100% Angus burger topped with BBQ pulled pork, grilled pineapple slice, coleslaw, piña colada sauce, and Swiss cheese. Served with a pickle and choice of side.
Wisconsin Burger – $16.49
Marinated salmon, drizzled with a sweet teriyaki sauce, topped with scallions. Served over white rice and a veggie mix of shredded carrots, red cabbage, corn, green peppers, and onion.
